Head of HRGA Qualifications Penempatan : Site Kutai Timur, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or Industrial Relations Minimum 8 years of HR experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP 35/2021), BPJS, severance, and dispute resolution Familiar with PKB/CLA negotiation and tripartite mechanisms Understanding of C&B structures, grading systems (Mercer/Hay preferred), and benchmarking Proven experience managing employee relations in remote site environments (roster/non-roster workforce) Strong stakeholder management skills with Disnaker, labor unions, and internal management. Head of Port Operations Qualifications Penempatan: Site Kutai Timur, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Civil) or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in coal port/jetty operations, including 5 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of coal handling equipment (shiploaders, conveyors, barge loading systems) Familiar with marine regulations, port safety standards, and ISPS Code Experience managing contractors (marine, stevedoring, surveyors) Strong leadership skills in high-pressure environments with strict throughput targets Preferably experienced in coastal coal terminals or export facilities Job Description Oversee all coal port operations, including loading/unloading, jetty and trestle maintenance, barging coordination, and port stockpile management Ensure compliance with port safety standards and marine regulations Achieve throughput targets with zero incidents and optimal vessel turnaround time. 5. Head of Medical & Occupational Health Qualifications Penempatan : Site – Kutai Timur, Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD) with active STR and Occupational Health certification Minimum 5 years of experience as a company doctor, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or remote sites Mandatory: Certified Hiperkes (Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health) Familiar with mining-related occupational diseases (e.g., pneumoconiosis, hearing loss, heat stress) Experience in MCU interpretation, fitness-to-work assessments, and health risk assessments Able to manage emergency medical situations with limited resources in remote locations Strong coordination with external healthcare providers and medevac services.
